industry, Jeff Perlman is President and
co-founder of the RMfactory, a virtual direct marketing agency.

Prior to launching the RMfactory, Jeff spent 10 years on Madison Avenue with Y&R Brands, 10 years in corporate America working for fortune 100 companies including Time Warner, and 5 years in the non profit arena with prestigious organizations including the Metropolitan Opera and Columbia University.

Jeff has been involved in all aspects of designing, implementing, and improving marketing initiatives including acquisition, retention, upselling / cross-selling, service, field sales support, response lead management and product introductions, among others.
Passionate about his craft, his speaking and teaching engagements include the DMA (Direct Marketing Association), the ATA (American Telemarketing Association), The Y&R Brands Global Training Academy and as a guest lecturer at New York University Graduate School of Business.
Jeff’s body of work includes consulting, deploying and optimizing marketing operations for clients including Microsoft, Hughes Network System, Align Technologies, Weight Watchers, AT&T, Hills, Kraft, Sony Consumer Electronics NA, Intuit, IBM, H&R Block, Kellogg’s, the U.S. Postal Service businesses, the U.S. ARMY, Pella, RCI, Sirius Radio and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. |
